Overview

These terms explain what to expect when you book a trip with SurayaRedang (operated by SurayaBani Ventures, R0189918-D). By booking a trip with us — via WhatsApp or in person — you agree to these terms.

Bookings and Payment

Bookings are made directly via WhatsApp and confirmed once your date, headcount, and any deposit (if requested) are agreed with our team
Prices shown on this website are per person unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change until your booking is confirmed
Payment methods and any deposit requirements will be communicated to you directly during booking

Changes and Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know via WhatsApp as early as possible
Trips may be rescheduled or cancelled by us due to weather, sea conditions, or safety concerns — this is a safety decision, not a service failure, and we will work with you on rebooking where possible
Refund arrangements for cancellations (by you or by us) will be discussed directly, as they can depend on notice given and the reason for cancellation

Safety and Participation

All guests must wear a life jacket at all times during the boat trip and snorkeling activities, as instructed by our crew
Guests should disclose any medical conditions, pregnancy, or mobility concerns before the trip so our crew can advise on suitability
Our crew's instructions on safety, weather, and water conditions must be followed at all times
Snorkeling, boat travel, and being in open water carry inherent risks. Guests participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety within the guidance provided by our crew

Marine Life and Wildlife

Turtle sightings and other wildlife encounters depend on sea conditions and nature, and cannot be guaranteed on any trip. Guests must not touch, chase, or disturb marine life, and must follow crew guidance to protect the marine park environment.

Photos and Media

Our crew may take photos and videos during your trip, which may be used on this website or our social media accounts for marketing. If you would prefer not to be included, please tell our crew on the day or contact us via WhatsApp afterwards.

Guest Conduct

We ask all guests to treat crew, other guests, and the marine environment with respect. We reserve the right to end a trip early for any guest whose behaviour puts themselves, others, or the environment at risk, without refund.

Limitation of Liability

SurayaBani Ventures will take reasonable care to operate trips safely, using licensed boats and experienced crew. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss, injury, or damage arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including weather, sea conditions, or a guest's failure to follow safety instructions.
